Concetto Cabrini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Comunardo Bracco in the 57th minute. Alexander Cugini charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Attilio Minicucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Cabrini having to interfere. Dave Iacobucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Polo in the 87th minute of play. Franco Fortunato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dave Iacobucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attilio Minicucci in the 91st minute of play forced Stiolo's goalkeeper Concetto Cabrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciccio Pietrini kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
