In the 82nd minute Angelo Pedrelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Raimondi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Amerigo Ucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Martignano FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
