A collision led to Borgo San Vittore getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Enrico Pili hit a great ball. Enzo Mazzocchi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfonso Mastronardi. Borgo San Vittore's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Demetrio Cristofari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Collegno's Bianco Rondinelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Borgo San Vittore getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Beppe Di Bernardo hit a great ball. Alfonso Mastronardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Coletti, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Beppe Di Bernardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Rondinelli having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Bernardo De Lorenzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Collegno and the Borgo San Vittore players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Collegno's Bernardo De Lorenzi got a free kick in the 31st minute. Beppe Di Bernardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bianco Rondinelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beppe Di Bernardo ran back to his position shaking his head. Emilio Colonna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Mastronardi having to interfere. A collision led to Borgo San Vittore getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Fulvio Rigoni hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Coletti in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonso Mastronardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emilio Colonna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Collegno's Augusto Coletti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Mastronardi narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Coletti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Collegno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Mannella to maneuver through the defense. Demetrio Bruno hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match Achille Mannella shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfonso Mastronardi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Collegno's Augusto Coletti got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Borgo San Vittore's Enrico Pili got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 70 minutes Borgo San Vittore's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Achille Mannella who took care of the corner kick. Bernardo Taccone tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Alfonso Mastronardi. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Collegno's Enzo Mazzocchi got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76th match minute, Borgo San Vittore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Tesone to maneuver through the defense. If Demetrio Cristofari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Collegno's Fabrizio Del Monte got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Borgo San Vittore's Corrado Tamburrini broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Collegno getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Filippo Castagna hit a great ball. With a little luck, Collegno's Bianco Rondinelli got control of the ball when Demetrio Cristofari tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Colonna in the 92nd minute of play forced Borgo San Vittore's goalkeeper Alfonso Mastronardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Bernardo De Lorenzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Borgo San Vittore's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
