Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ferruccio Toppi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edmondo Cicchini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute Edmondo Cicchini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo Capasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caprona AFC's Alessandro Verdecchia got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 14 played minutes, Rapallo's Ciccio Pennetta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amedeo Capasso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rapallo reached it. In the last second Enrico Di Renzo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ferruccio Toppi in the 18thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A collision led to Caprona AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alessandro Verdecchia hit a great ball. Ciccio Pennetta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Anthony Nanni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enrico Di Renzo having to make a save. The supporters of Rapallo booed when Caprona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Rava didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amedeo Capasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Morelli in the 39th minute of play. Anthony Nanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amerigo De Zorzi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ferruccio Toppi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Rapallo got a freekick which was hit by Ciccio Pennetta. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmondo Cicchini to strike the kick off in the second half. Enzo Rossini struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Amedeo Capasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapallo. Amedeo Capasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Cicchini, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd match minute, Caprona AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Canzano to maneuver through the defense. If Ferruccio Toppi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rapallo's Enrico Di Renzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Nanni in the 69th minute of play. Enzo Rossini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Amedeo Capasso made a huge save. Enrico Di Renzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Nanni in the 74th minute of play. Anthony Nanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Enrico Di Renzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrico Di Renzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Nanni in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Nanni in the 82nd minute of play forced Rapallo's goalkeeper Enrico Di Renzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Rossini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Amedeo Capasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrico Di Renzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferruccio Toppi's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Enrico Di Renzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Nanni in the 98th minute of play.
