Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciccio Di Nardo started the match with the kick off. Armin Ceresoli kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. If Augusto Scarano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Edoardo Tedeschi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barbiano FC's Emanuele Di Maio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edoardo Tedeschi in the 11th minute of play. Barbiano FC's Ciccio Di Nardo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Ciccio Di Nardo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Federico Verna to make any attempt to save it. When Edoardo Tedeschi came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Stiolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edoardo Tedeschi couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Augusto Scarano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Stiolo's Federico Verna. Federico Verna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Como during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, one of Barbiano FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barbiano FC. Ciccio Di Nardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Federico Verna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
After having played for 58 minutes, Augusto Scarano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbiano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Scarano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Edoardo Tedeschi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuele Di Maio. That made the score 3-3 in the 66 minute of play. Alexander Festuccia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Emanuele Di Maio made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Augusto Scarano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Verna. Stiolo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Scarano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Federico Verna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Di Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Alexander Festuccia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Emanuele Di Maio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuele Di Maio made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Alexander Festuccia sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Alexander Festuccia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stiolo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Festuccia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuele Di Maio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Barbiano FC had won after a very even match.
