Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Manera's Bruno Lucidi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2ndth minute of the game Camillo Orsini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manera's Emilio Bevilacqua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute Camillo Orsini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bevilacqua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alvise Selvaggi fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asseggiano FC's protests and gave Alvise Selvaggi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Asseggiano FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Alvise Selvaggi hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Asseggiano FC's Armando Sammartano got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 30 minutes into the match, Manera's Ercole Raniolo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fortunato Andreassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Armando Sammartano kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Alberto Trentini hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Camillo Orsini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Bevilacqua having to interfere. Asseggiano FC's Camillo Orsini got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Camillo Orsini made the kick off in the second half. Asseggiano FC's Fortunato Andreassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Lucidi in the 53rd minute of play. Alvise Selvaggi struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Emilio Bevilacqua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asseggiano FC. Alvise Selvaggi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was beautiful to see Manera's Ferruccio Toschi in action when he in the 65th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Manera's Ercole Raniolo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edoardo Micucci charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edoardo Micucci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes Asseggiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Micucci. If Alvise Selvaggi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Manera's Ercole Raniolo in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asseggiano FC's goalie prevented a goal. 91 minutes into the game, Armando Sammartano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asseggiano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manera the free kick. Emilio Bevilacqua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Orsini in the 94th minute of play. Camillo Orsini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Manera were victorious despite being under pressure from Asseggiano FC for much of the match.
