Mandolossa AFC's Florian Gabriele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Di Gennaro in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Mandolossa AFC booed when Uboldo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Concetto Travaglini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Ferrara in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo De Luca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amerigo De Luca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ennio Ferrara in the 17th minute of the match. Florian Gabriele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Di Gennaro in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Uboldo's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Ferrara came free, but Amerigo De Luca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ennio Ferrara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Amerigo De Luca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mandolossa AFC's Amerigo Pezzi got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amerigo Pezzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dave Mei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Gabriele having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ennio Ferrara to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Fedele Di Gennaro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Florian Gabriele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Di Gennaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Mandolossa AFC's Christian Mancini got a free kick in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Dave Mei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uboldo's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Mei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florian Gabriele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mandolossa AFC's goalkeeper Florian Gabriele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fedele Di Gennaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Florian Gabriele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Briano's late challenge caught a Uboldo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Briano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mandolossa AFC's Alex Briano got a free kick in the 74th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Ferrara in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo De Luca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amerigo Pezzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amerigo De Luca having to make a save. When Ennio Ferrara came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Mandolossa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ennio Ferrara couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Cristiano Reggianini put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Mandolossa AFC a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Domenico Picca, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Uboldo's Amerigo De Luca. 1-0. Concetto Travaglini kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Uboldo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
