The crowd rose to their feet as Damiano Salvagnin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amerigo Prosperi. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. A hard shot 14 in the game by Anthony Furino from a close distance when the talented Amerigo Prosperi managed to make a qualified save. Santo Briccio's players were relieved. Anthony Furino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Amerigo Prosperi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amerigo Prosperi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damiano Salvagnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The wind increased when Aldo Cucci made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthony Furino in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amerigo Prosperi saved Santo Briccio from getting behind. It was beautiful to see Albarea FC's Bruno Terenzi in action when he in the 63rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Anthony Furino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Prosperi having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Albarea FC's goalkeeper Ciro Mazzocchi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anthony Furino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Prosperi having to interfere. Ciro Mazzocchi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dario Tieri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 87 minute of play. Aldo Cucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Albarea FC defense, Alexander Morini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Mazzocchi. The Albarea FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Mazzocchi should have stopped the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
