The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edoardo Rizzo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Rovere AFC's zone, Carmine Desiderio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Nobile came out of the goal and Carmine Desiderio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the game, Stella San Martino's Carmine Desiderio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Nobile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 58 minutes into the game, Federico Porcu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Diego Nobile was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diego Nobile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Porcu in the 63rd minute of play. Antonello Parco made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Carmine Vitelli sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd match minute, Stella San Martino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corrado Montanari to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Edoardo Rizzo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Federico Porcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonello Parco was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Edoardo Rizzo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edoardo Rizzo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. The Rovere AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Stella San Martino from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
