Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Enzo Guadagnoli kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Cortesano getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Anselmo Giordani hit a great ball. In the 6th minute Fabiano Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Bianchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Buonviaggio got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Pascali. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Guadagnoli in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Cimino saved Buonviaggio from getting behind. Achille Caruso scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Cimino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Achille Caruso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enzo Guadagnoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alex Cimino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuele Circelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Bianchi having to interfere. Cortesano's Dario Bianchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Liberatore in the 31st minute of play. Alex Cimino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Guadagnoli in the 40th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabiano Liberatore made a kick off. Fulvio Zuccarini kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Flavio Lemma was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fabiano Bruno was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Buonviaggio:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cortesano:s goal. Buonviaggio:s Alex Cimino showed great skill when he stopped Cristoforo Vitale:s penalty. Cristoforo Vitale scored 2-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Cimino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dario Bianchi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuele Circelli in the 71st minute. Alex Cimino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Caruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Enzo Guadagnoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
