Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Davide Di Gregorio got the match started through his kick off. Enrico Moschetta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Leopardi in the 3rd minute of play. If Davide Di Gregorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Biagio Leopardi in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrico Moschetta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bernardo Zaino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Ottavia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Leopardi came free, but Enrico Moschetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Flavio Ronconi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Ottavia AFC's Bernardo Zaino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anfilogino Rotondi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrico Moschetta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Leopardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 played minutes, Villalba FC's Emilio Di Giovanni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrico Moschetta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Villalba FC reached it. Comunardo Addari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Anfilogino Rotondi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Zaino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anfilogino Rotondi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Zaino in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Bernardo Zaino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anfilogino Rotondi. Villalba FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Zaino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ottavia AFC's goalkeeper Enrico Moschetta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Davide Di Gregorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Moschetta having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Comunardo Addari made the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Emilio Di Giovanni put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villalba FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! Biagio Leopardi struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Enrico Moschetta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villalba FC. Anfilogino Rotondi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Comunardo Addari, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 72nd minute Comunardo Addari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Rotondi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th match minute, Ottavia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Ronconi to maneuver through the defense. Domenico Di Girolamo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Moschetta having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Villalba FC's Andrea Natale got a free kick in the 89th minute. Eugenio Mattei, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Comunardo Addari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villalba FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Rotondi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Villalba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Comunardo Addari came free, but Anfilogino Rotondi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
