Amedeo Rosati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Di Falco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th match minute, Levata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Cirone to maneuver through the defense. Balzarine's Ermanno Troiani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Levata. Fedele Tarantini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Biagio Negrini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Fedele Tarantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amedeo Rosati was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Armin Di Falco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. After 45 minutes, Carter Cirone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Levata and the Balzarine players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Carter Cirone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fedele Tarantini came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Levata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedele Tarantini couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fedele Tarantini to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Cirone in the 66th minute of play forced Balzarine's goalkeeper Biagio Negrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessio Scarpa got free with Biagio Negrini in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Armin Di Falco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd play minute Alessio Scarpa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Biagio Negrini. 2-3. If Fedele Tarantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Balzarine got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Di Pietrantonio. With a little luck, Balzarine's Biagio Negrini got control of the ball when Alessio Scarpa tried to sneak it across the goal line.
