Corrado Frezza came out of the goal and Fulvio Petito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuele Corsi made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Filippo Mauro sent off a good shot on target. Edmondo Di Tommaso hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Ettore Corvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Mazzetti made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 33rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Emanuele Corsi would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ettore Corvo in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuele Corsi saved Solzago AFC from getting behind. Corrado Frezza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo Galeone in the 37th minute of the match. Bruno Del Bello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Del Bello struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Corrado Frezza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solzago AFC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 66 played minutes Palazzo Diamantina FC got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Iacovacci. Bruno Del Bello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Corrado Frezza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Comunardo Galeone went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Emanuele Corsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Mazzetti in the 76th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Palazzo Diamantina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Del Bello came free, but Corrado Frezza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
