Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniele Zangari got the match started through his kick off. When Daniele Zangari came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Vallerana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniele Zangari couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fortunato Pozzoli sped through Traso FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anfilogino Consalvi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Pozzoli got free with Anfilogino Consalvi in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alex Onori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Cacciatore having to interfere. Enzo Mattioli hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th match minute, Traso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Carrea to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Traso FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Consalvi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fortunato Pozzoli. Anfilogino Consalvi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Zangari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Onori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Cacciatore having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Enzo De Lucia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Di Renzo in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anfilogino Cacciatore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anfilogino Consalvi made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Fortunato Pozzoli sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Traso FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Consalvi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Onori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Di Renzo got free with Anfilogino Cacciatore in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Antonini lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Alex Onori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Onori had several of the Vallerana's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 64 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Anfilogino Cacciatore as he didn't even see the shot coming. Fortunato Pozzoli took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anfilogino Consalvi. Anfilogino Consalvi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 71st match minute, Vallerana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armin Speranza to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the game, Traso FC's Augusto Di Renzo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anfilogino Cacciatore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. If Fortunato Pozzoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmondo Maranzano hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, one of Vallerana:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vallerana. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Traso FC's Cristiano Marchegiani got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Anfilogino Cacciatore. After having played for 85 minutes, Fortunato Pozzoli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallerana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fortunato Pozzoli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Fortunato Pozzoli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallerana's supporters rose to their feet, but Fortunato Pozzoli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anfilogino Consalvi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fortunato Pozzoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fortunato Pozzoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Ferruccio Baruffa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortunato Pozzoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Anfilogino Consalvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Pozzoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Vallerana's zone, Alex Onori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anfilogino Cacciatore came out of the goal and Alex Onori tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Traso FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
