Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aurelio Bravo started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlo Di Cicco in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domenico Coscia saved Grisignano from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domenico Di Rado during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grisignano's Domenico Di Rado got a free kick in the 5th minute. Carlo Di Cicco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 8th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Di Cicco in the 11th minute of play forced Grisignano's goalkeeper Domenico Coscia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sorbara booed when Grisignano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Salemme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Angelici kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Domenico Coscia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amerigo Verdecchia. Fabiano Malinconico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Onori, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Carlo Di Cicco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domenico Coscia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Achille Sampo went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute Carlo Di Cicco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Coscia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Onori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aurelio Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Bravo in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Malinconico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Carlo Di Cicco made the kick off in the second half. Fabiano Malinconico came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Grisignano's Alberto Onori. But to his dismay, Alberto Onori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Achille Sampo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Domenico Coscia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Grisignano's zone, Achille Sampo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Coscia came out of the goal and Achille Sampo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domenico Coscia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlo Di Cicco's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. When Sorbara's Carlo Di Cicco in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grisignano's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Grisignano booed when Sorbara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Di Cicco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Alberto Trombatore shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domenico Coscia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aurelio Bravo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Achille Sampo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Coscia having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Sorbara got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Trombatore. Aurelio Bravo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlo Di Cicco took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domenico Coscia. Domenico Coscia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Achille Sampo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Domenico Coscia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sorbara's Carlo Di Cicco in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grisignano's goalie prevented a goal. Achille Sampo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Domenico Coscia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sorbara's Carlo Di Cicco in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grisignano's goalie prevented a goal. Domenico Coscia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achille Sampo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grisignano's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
