Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Carlo Di Cicco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Di Cicco in the 4th minute of play forced Vanzaghello's goalkeeper Concetto De Amicis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Carlo Di Cicco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorbara's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlo Di Cicco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Concetto De Amicis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vanzaghello's Eugenio Bellisario got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlo Di Cicco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vanzaghello's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carlo Di Cicco 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. When Achille Sampo came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Sorbara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Achille Sampo couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Carlo Di Cicco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Achille Sampo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Achille Sampo got free with Concetto De Amicis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 29 played minutes Sorbara got a freekick which was hit by Dino Prato. A collision led to Sorbara getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Adriano Valente hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sorbara's Ciro Capasso got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Carlo Salomone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Malinconico having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Eugenio Bellisario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabiano Malinconico. Sorbara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Bellisario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugenio Bellisario to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Anthony Antenucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sorbara and the Vanzaghello players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anthony Antenucci kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Fabiano Malinconico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Salomone in the 54th minute. Concetto De Amicis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achille Sampo in the 58th minute of play. If Carlo Salomone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlo Di Cicco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Concetto De Amicis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Achille Sampo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Carter Giansante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlo Di Cicco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Concetto De Amicis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Achille Sampo's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Concetto De Amicis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Sampo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Achille Sampo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Concetto De Amicis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Achille Sampo's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Achille Sampo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Vanzaghello's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Di Cicco came free, but Concetto De Amicis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Malinconico was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Eugenio Bellisario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eugenio Bellisario really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2.
