Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 17 minutes into the game, Fausto Fontana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Savona AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fiesso the free kick. After 17 played minutes Savona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Fontana. Cosimo Lenzi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Christian Panino sent off a good shot on target. Christian Panino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Cosimo Lenzi made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Cristoforo Mazzocchi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Fiesso's Christian Panino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cosimo Lenzi. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Emilio Gerosa didn't quite understand what happened when in the 27 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. If Cristoforo Mazzocchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Cristoforo Mazzocchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosimo Lenzi was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Cristoforo Mazzocchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Lenzi having to interfere. If Christian Panino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosimo Lenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Mazzocchi in the 43rd minute of play. In the 48th minute, Fausto Fontana made a precise shot to the right of Arrigo Pani. Fiesso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrico Taurino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Cristoforo Mazzocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosimo Lenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Panino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Cosimo Lenzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Cristoforo Mazzocchi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cosimo Lenzi. Savona AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristoforo Mazzocchi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Christian Panino struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Cosimo Lenzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fiesso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Mazzocchi in the 68th minute of play forced Savona AFC's goalkeeper Cosimo Lenzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Savona AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ennio Cagnetta to maneuver through the defense. Franco Porro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Pani having to interfere. Cristoforo Mazzocchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Fiesso booed when Savona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Goffredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, one of Savona AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Savona AFC. Cosimo Lenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Panino in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Savona AFC booed when Fiesso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Borrelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fiesso had played much better football throughout.
