Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fausto Gianfrancesco got the match started through his kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesare Burgnich couldn't finish the play. If Fausto Gianfrancesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Antenucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ettore Senatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domenico Antenucci got free with Ettore Senatore in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Domenico Antenucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ettore Senatore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Sardagna AFC's Domenico Antenucci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ettore Senatore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Cesate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Antenucci came free, but Ettore Senatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Domenico Antenucci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ettore Senatore. Cesate FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domenico Antenucci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 57 minutes into the game, Comunardo Simonetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sardagna AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cesate FC the free kick. In the 57th match minute, Sardagna AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Comunardo Simonetti to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sardagna AFC had won after a very even match.
