Antonio Rulli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Migliorati, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Soprabolzano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Fagnani came free, but Antonio Rulli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Soprabolzano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bianco Zacchia came free, but Antonio Rulli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Soprabolzano AFC booed when Acilia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosimo Patricelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bianco Zacchia in the 27th minute of play forced Soprabolzano AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Rulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acilia AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Edoardo Lampa scored to the left of an out of position Angelo Zoccali, making the score, 2-0. Edoardo Lampa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edoardo Lampa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelo Zoccali having to make a save. Dario Zinni was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 49th minute. Soprabolzano AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Anthony Spadoni kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Bianco Zacchia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Antonio Rulli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Soprabolzano AFC's Fabio Bontempi got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Bianco Zacchia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Rulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Concetto Silveri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Soprabolzano AFC's zone, Bianco Zacchia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Rulli came out of the goal and Bianco Zacchia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Bianco Zacchia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Adriano Migliorati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acilia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Migliorati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Dario Zinni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Zoccali was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dario Zinni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabio Bontempi's late challenge caught a Acilia AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Bontempi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Soprabolzano AFC's Fabio Bontempi got a free kick in the 80th minute. Bianco Zacchia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
