After a defensive mix-up in Olza FC's zone, Cristiano Di Florio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Cherubini came out of the goal and Cristiano Di Florio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anfilogino Battista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Scurti in the 23rd minute. Franco Cherubini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Borromeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fc Juventus's Diego Borromeo got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carmine Pensa hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Olza FC's Armando Casiraghi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Beppe Rondinelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Juventus's supporters rose to their feet, but Beppe Rondinelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Cherubini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fc Juventus's Anfilogino Battista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Riccitelli in the 38th minute of play. Frank Scurti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anfilogino Battista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Frank Scurti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olza FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Scurti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carter Riccitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Battista having to interfere. Anfilogino Battista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Polito in the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carter Riccitelli to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Diego Borromeo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Franco Cherubini. The goal made the score 0-1. Anfilogino Battista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Scurti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carter Riccitelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anfilogino Battista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carter Riccitelli ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute Frank Scurti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Battista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carter Riccitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Battista having to interfere. When Frank Scurti came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Olza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Scurti couldn't finish the play.
