In the 12th match minute, Tor Vaianica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Russi to maneuver through the defense. If Biagio Cinalli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 18 minutes of play, LONGESE's Bianco Calabrese made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Terrasi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardo Di Fiore kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Frank Cieri hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, LONGESE's Anfilogino Soccio got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Dino Lemme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Lattanzio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Lemme in the 31st minute of play forced LONGESE's goalkeeper Cesare Lattanzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dino Lemme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Comunardo Tocci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesare Lattanzio having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, LONGESE's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Lemme came free, but Cesare Lattanzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Tor Vaianica FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Colella. Bianco Calabrese's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Eugenio Terrasi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Biagio Cinalli to make the kick off. Bianco Calabrese hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Dino Lemme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Vaianica FC's Eugenio Terrasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Cinalli in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Tor Vaianica FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Fabio Nasuti hit a great ball. LONGESE's Biagio Cinalli got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dino Lemme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Tarulli kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match Comunardo Passerini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cesare Lattanzio skillfully saved the ball. In the 75th match minute, LONGESE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenico Scannella to maneuver through the defense. Comunardo Tocci took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesare Lattanzio. Cesare Lattanzio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Biagio Cinalli in the 80th minute of play forced Tor Vaianica FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Terrasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Comunardo Tocci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
