The referee ignored Accirt Milan's protests and gave Augusto Alfieri a yellow card for diving instead. If Augusto Alfieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Caccavale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Petrosino in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beppe Petrosino in the 91st minute of play forced Confreria's goalkeeper Fabio Caccavale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
