Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edoardo Gazza kicked off to start the match. Augusto Cagnetta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Di Matteo having to interfere. The supporters of a.s.Vittoria booed when Vighizollo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bottega didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edoardo Gazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vighizollo AFC's zone, Edoardo Gazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Cara came out of the goal and Edoardo Gazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 14 played minutes Vighizollo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Dominici. Edoardo Gazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd play minute Edoardo Gazza came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Claudio Cara. 1-0. In the 28th minute Edoardo Gazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Cara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony Di Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Cagnetta in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of a.s.Vittoria booed when Vighizollo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Pennetta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anthony Di Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Pennetta in the 37th minute of play. Edoardo Gazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anthony Di Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Pennetta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Cara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Niccolai in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Pennetta was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to a.s.Vittoria getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Elia Banana hit a great ball. Aldo Niccolai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Cara having to interfere. Edoardo Gazza kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Augusto Cagnetta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vighizollo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Cagnetta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anthony Di Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Pennetta, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Edoardo Gazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Claudio Cara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, a.s.Vittoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Spitaleri to maneuver through the defense. a.s.Vittoria's Anthony Di Matteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Pennetta in the 74th minute of play. After 77 minutes, Elia Banana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the a.s.Vittoria and the Vighizollo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes a.s.Vittoria got a freekick which was hit by Elia Banana. Flavio Spitaleri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Vighizollo AFC defense, Aldo Niccolai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudio Cara. The Vighizollo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudio Cara should have stopped the shot. Aldo Niccolai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. a.s.Vittoria walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
