Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fausto Mingione started the match with the kick off. If Edoardo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Gallo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Mingione came free, but Alvise Maggi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Eugenio Mazzini managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Gallo AFC's Alvaro Di Leonardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the game, Alvaro Di Leonardo lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Eugenio Mazzini. After 25 minutes, Alvaro Di Leonardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gallo AFC and the Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Bruno Vanni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gallo AFC's Alvise Maggi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Mingione in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd's goalkeeper Eugenio Mazzini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Di Leonardo. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edoardo Miranda made a kick off. Fausto Mingione received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Alvise Maggi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd booed when Gallo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Santini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd defense, Edoardo Miranda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Mazzini. The Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Mazzini should have stopped the shot. Camillo Di Monte charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camillo Di Monte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, one of Gallo AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gallo AFC. Gallo AFC:s Alvise Maggi showed great skill when he stopped Ciccio Santovito:s penalty. 74 minutes into the match, Gallo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Mingione came free, but Alvise Maggi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Fausto Sabatino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gallo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd the free kick. After 75 played minutes Gallo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Sabatino. Ciao-Adios-Bye-TheEnd's Fausto Mingione got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Mingione sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edoardo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Mazzini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Miranda in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Gallo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Santini to maneuver through the defense. Alvaro Di Leonardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Mazzini having to interfere. Gallo AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
