The score was now 1-0. Damiano Iannotti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ettore Cesareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Diego Polito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marina di Ascea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maria FC the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Marina di Ascea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Polito to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Di Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Lampa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Maria FC booed when Marina di Ascea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Lampa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marina di Ascea's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Fabrizio Antonelli scored to the left of an out of position Ettore Cesareo, making the score, 2-0. In the 24th minute, Fabrizio Antonelli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ettore Cesareo. The goal made the score 3-0. Fabiano Maiorano hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Vago during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 34 minutes, Fabrizio Antonelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrizio Antonelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Maria FC's Eraldo Bellomo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ettore Cesareo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Ciarrocchi during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Maria FC booed when Marina di Ascea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Ciarrocchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Maria FC's Anfilogino Di Donato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Maria FC from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute, Marina di Ascea's Frank Lampa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anfilogino Di Donato. Anfilogino Di Donato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 60th minute, Diego Polito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Marina di Ascea's goal looked a bit too open when Eraldo Bellomo came free, but Ettore Cesareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Polito got free with Anfilogino Di Donato in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Marina di Ascea getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Fabiano Maiorano hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Marina di Ascea's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Antonelli came free, but Ettore Cesareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Lampa during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Marina di Ascea's Frank Lampa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anfilogino Di Donato. That made the score 3-2 after 78 minutes of play. If Damiano Iannotti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrizio Antonelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damiano Iannotti in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ettore Cesareo saved Marina di Ascea from getting behind. Ettore Cesareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Antonelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes of play, Maria FC's Damiano Iannotti made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ettore Cesareo was left in no man's land by his defense there!
