Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fabio Gismondi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Trono di spiaze defense, Fabio Gismondi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Mazzetti. The Trono di spiaze fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Mazzetti should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Marchetti got free with Fortunato Filice in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Flavio Marchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Cucci struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Fortunato Filice didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trono di spiaze. In the 16th minute, Fabio Gismondi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Mazzetti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 26 minutes, Flavio Marchetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trono di spiaze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Marchetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Corna in the 30th minute of play forced Trono di spiaze's goalkeeper Alfredo Mazzetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciccio Salvucci got a throw-in 32 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ferdinando Musacchio. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Trono di spiaze's goalkeeper Alfredo Mazzetti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Marchetti took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fortunato Filice. Fortunato Filice dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When Domenico Cucci came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Trono di spiaze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domenico Cucci couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Lucchese's zone, Flavio Marchetti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Filice came out of the goal and Flavio Marchetti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute of the game Ciccio Salvucci made a throw-in which Cosimo Gualtieri played forward. Ermanno Gigli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Filice having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavio Marchetti was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulvio Valcareggi got free with Alfredo Mazzetti in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the match, Trono di spiaze's goalkeeper Alfredo Mazzetti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elia Corna. Flavio Marchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Fortunato Filice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulvio Valcareggi charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulvio Valcareggi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, Fulvio Valcareggi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 minutes, Flavio Marchetti made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Lucchese's Fortunato Filice tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredo Mazzetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Gismondi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Marchetti in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fortunato Filice prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fortunato Filice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Marchetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lucchese's Fulvio Valcareggi got a free kick in the 70th minute. Domenico Cucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Fortunato Filice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elia Corna got free with Alfredo Mazzetti in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
