Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fabio Gismondi took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes in the game, Alfredo Arioli dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Fortunato Filice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Arioli in the 9th minute of play. Fortunato Filice was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alessandro Lancia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Villasanta AFC's Alessandro Lancia got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Elia Corna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvise Di Massimo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Alessandro Lancia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villasanta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Lancia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Filice breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabio Gismondi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Villasanta AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Emanuele Giorgi hit a great ball. Cosimo Gualtieri charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cosimo Gualtieri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, Lucchese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosimo Gualtieri to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Emanuele Giorgi in the 29th minute really tested Fortunato Filice's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 31st minute, Alfredo Arioli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fortunato Filice, passed just outside the right post. Lucchese's Elia Corna got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 minutes of play, Villasanta AFC's Alessandro Lancia made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fortunato Filice was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Alfredo Arioli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fortunato Filice, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Lucchese's zone, Alessandro Lancia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Filice came out of the goal and Alessandro Lancia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute, Cosimo Gualtieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Emanuele Giorgi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fortunato Filice skillfully saved the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Elia Corna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Di Massimo having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Elia Corna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucchese's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elia Corna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Elia Corna made a precise shot to the right of Alvise Di Massimo. Villasanta AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Alfredo Arioli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Claudio Ciolli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Villasanta AFC's Alvise Di Massimo got control of the ball when Elia Corna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Villasanta AFC's zone, Elia Corna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvise Di Massimo came out of the goal and Elia Corna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alessandro Lancia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Filice having to interfere. Elia Corna was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Lucchese's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fulvio Valcareggi charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulvio Valcareggi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fortunato Filice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Arioli in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lucchese players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Villasanta AFC.
