In the 3rdth minute of the game Anselmo Pennetta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argate Brianza's Fedele Orsi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Achille Domenici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Fedele Orsi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Argate Brianza booed when Rossignago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Lenci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rossignago's Amerigo Quattrocchi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Rossignago from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Fabio Giampieri made the kick off in the second half. Amerigo Quattrocchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Firmani in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Argate Brianza's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Pennetta came free, but Fedele Orsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
