Aldo Trasatti succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Armin Rosato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Bruno Ciscato fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rivalta's protests and gave Bruno Ciscato a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rivalta getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Bruno Ciscato hit a great ball. Aldo Trasatti struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Cosimo Bosso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torre A Mare AFC. Achille Lio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armin Rosato hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Armin Rosato came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Torre A Mare AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armin Rosato couldn't finish the play. Aldo Trasatti might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosimo Bosso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Trasatti ran back to his position shaking his head. Aldo Trasatti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. The referee ignored Rivalta's protests and gave Flavio Guaita a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Torre A Mare AFC booed when Rivalta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Guaita didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Torre A Mare AFC were the better team. Torre A Mare AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
