Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabrizio Nicolini started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Bruno Gava managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ancona AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Gava was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anfilogino Sacchetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francesco Tacconelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Marinelli in the 10th minute of play. Alvaro Marinelli scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francesco Tacconelli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francesco Tacconelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Navarra in the 15th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Ercole Testi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AS Orca and the Ancona AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, AS Orca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Testi to maneuver through the defense. Ancona AFC's Adriano Petroni couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AS Orca. Bruno Gava received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Anfilogino Sacchetti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AS Orca's Anfilogino Sacchetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Nicolini in the 28th minute of play. Francesco Tacconelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beppe Navarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beppe Navarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Francesco Tacconelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Marinelli in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francesco Tacconelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francesco Tacconelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Navarra in the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, AS Orca's Alvaro Marinelli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francesco Tacconelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Marinelli to strike the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Marinelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alvaro Marinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Tacconelli having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Augusto Fontanive hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AS Orca's Alvaro Marinelli got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beppe Navarra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Francesco Tacconelli made a huge save. Francesco Tacconelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Marinelli in the 88th minute of play. Francesco Tacconelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Marinelli's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Domenico Piccioli kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The AS Orca supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AS Orca would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
