A collision led to Santuario getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Fedele Coccia hit a great ball. Carlo Magno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Bonanni having to interfere. In the 61st match minute, Santuario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Corrente to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Cirelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the game, Antonello Tucci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Davide Michelini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
