Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vanzaghello's Antonello Goffredo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Antonello Goffredo came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Vanzaghello fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonello Goffredo couldn't finish the play. In the 11th match minute, Don Lombardi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Carciofo to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Antonello Goffredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Spione saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Antonello Goffredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davide Spione showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Goffredo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Alberto Padula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felice Di Berardino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Davide Spione tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Don Lombardi FC's Alfredo Carciofo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Antonello Goffredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Davide Spione read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Davide Spione was a little too slow when Antonello Goffredo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-0. 46 minutes into the match, Don Lombardi FC's goalkeeper Davide Spione had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felice Di Berardino. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Felice Di Berardino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Spione showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Goffredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Felice Di Berardino took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davide Spione. Davide Spione dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Antonello Goffredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Spione having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vanzaghello's Carmine Alfieri got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the game, Dario Gulli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Don Lombardi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vanzaghello the free kick. The corner led Vanzaghello's Ernesto Fioriti to fire away a dangerous shot which Davide Spione despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Don Lombardi FC's Davide Spione played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Di Berardino in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vanzaghello's zone, Alberto Padula stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Di Vito came out of the goal and Alberto Padula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Carmine Alfieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Padula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felice Di Berardino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Davide Spione tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vanzaghello's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
