Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emilio Graziano took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carlo Stella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Carota in the 8th minute of play forced Canaro's goalkeeper Attilio Addario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edoardo De Angelis struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Angelo Moriggi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canaro. Canaro's Attilio Addario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attilio Aloisi in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Anguillara's Attilio Aloisi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Attilio Addario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Angelo Moriggi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edoardo De Angelis in the 25th minute. Fulvio Carota hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, Fedele Rozzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anguillara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canaro the free kick. After a rather tough play, Anguillara's Fedele Rozzi got a free kick in the 29th minute. Emilio Graziano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Carlo Stella made a precise shot to the right of Attilio Addario. Canaro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 42 minutes, Carlo Stella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anguillara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlo Stella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Canaro's Edoardo De Angelis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Moriggi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Anguillara were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Carlo Stella made the kick off in the second half. Canaro's Attilio Addario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Stella in the 51st minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Canaro's Edoardo De Angelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Moriggi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anguillara's goalkeeper Angelo Moriggi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 played minutes, Canaro's Fedele Del Grosso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angelo Moriggi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Canaro reached it. Angelo Moriggi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edoardo De Angelis went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Attilio Aloisi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Di Febo charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Di Febo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Canaro got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Di Febo. After 88 minutes Canaro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernesto Di Girolamo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ernesto Di Girolamo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Canaro's Attilio Addario did a great save. If Attilio Aloisi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beppe Terrasi's late challenge caught a Anguillara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beppe Terrasi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Canaro's Beppe Terrasi got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
