Carmine Castellini came out and tried to block the shot, but Alessandro Maggi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. Dario Miconi charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Miconi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dario Miconi kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Carmine Castellini acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Florian Cimino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Biagio Carrea in the 18th minute of play forced As Lucifero's goalkeeper Alvaro Ricci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Melfi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carmine Castellini firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 36 minutes, Alessandro Maggi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. As Lucifero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Maggi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carmine Castellini made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Biagio Trombatore sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Di Placido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmine Castellini having to interfere. Campalto AFC's Carmine Castellini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Tocci in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Motta made the kick off in the second half. If Frank Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes of play, As Lucifero's Alessandro Maggi made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carmine Castellini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alessandro Maggi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmine Castellini having to interfere. Carmine Castellini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Trombatore in the 69th minute of the match. Carmine Castellini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Biagio Trombatore's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. The supporters of Campalto AFC booed when As Lucifero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Tocci didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Biagio Carrea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Alvaro Ricci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. As Lucifero's Alvaro Ricci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Motta in the 77th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Frank Motta notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of As Lucifero's Alvaro Ricci. Alvaro Ricci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Biagio Trombatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The As Lucifero fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when As Lucifero's Alessandro Maggi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 94th minute Biagio Trombatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmine Castellini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Alessandro Maggi notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Campalto AFC's Carmine Castellini. Carmine Castellini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. As Lucifero's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
