Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Christian Rossi got the match started through his kick off. Corrado Melis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Ceccarelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Felice Del Monte succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 15th playminute. Anfilogino Piccone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Campogalliano FC's Corrado Melis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Campogalliano FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cantone FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cristiano Pietrini hit a great ball. Cantone FC's Alessio Briano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Piccone in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Campogalliano FC booed when Cantone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Castellazzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Emilio Castellazzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Cantone FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Piccone came free, but Alessio Briano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Ceccarelli was the one to do the kick off. Cantone FC's Alessio Briano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Rossi in the 52nd minute of play. After 59 played minutes Cantone FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Guerrini. If Christian Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anfilogino Piccone's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alessio Briano firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fulvio Salvucci hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A hard shot 75 in the game by Anselmo Marcolongo from a close distance when the talented Alessio Briano managed to make a qualified save. Cantone FC's players were relieved. After 76 played minutes Campogalliano FC got a freekick which was hit by Fulvio Salvucci. Alessio Briano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cantone FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Emilio Castellazzi hit a great ball. Campogalliano FC's Anfilogino Piccone got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Adriano Ramundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Campogalliano FC's zone, Alberto Ceccarelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corrado Melis came out of the goal and Alberto Ceccarelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corrado Melis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Ceccarelli in the 89th minute of play. Christian Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Campogalliano FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cantone FC to leave the ground with a draw.
