Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Armando Mansueto made the kick off and thus started the match. Sarbia's Federico Bravo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Zarillo in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Anselmo Chiavetta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarbia and the CAVESE players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Sarbia's Armando Mansueto in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CAVESE's goalie prevented a goal. After 12 played minutes Christian Zarillo rounded Sarbia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. When Comunardo Scevola fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarbia's protests and gave Comunardo Scevola a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Comunardo Scevola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Zarillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Bravo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Zarillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Diego Flocco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute, Emiliano Bassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ettore Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Mansueto, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Armando Mansueto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Franco having to interfere. If Alessio Toninelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ettore Franco came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sarbia's Armando Mansueto. But to his dismay, Armando Mansueto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Armando Mansueto kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Christian Zarillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Federico Bravo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Flocco struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Federico Bravo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAVESE. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Zarillo made a kick off. Alessio Toninelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ettore Franco made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ercole Pettinelli during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sarbia's Ercole Pettinelli got a free kick in the 54th minute. Alfonso Soccio didn't quite understand what happened when in the 56 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 59 played minutes Sarbia got a freekick which was hit by Comunardo Scevola. The long shot by Alberigo Perilli in the 64th minute really tested Ettore Franco's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Danza during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Alessio Toninelli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Sarbia getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Carter Ansoldi hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes, CAVESE's Alfonso Soccio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Federico Bravo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CAVESE reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Christian Zarillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAVESE's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Zarillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Bravo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Flocco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Bravo having to interfere. If Alessio Toninelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Zarillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Federico Bravo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Mansueto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sarbia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CAVESE.
