Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augusto Giuliani kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Sooya's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Pennetta came free, but Armando Zappacosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sooya's Alfonso Iovine got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Davide Di Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Zappacosta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cormano's Amerigo Di Bartolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Giuliani in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Davide Di Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Giuliani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Amerigo Di Bartolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Cristiano Orioli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Armando Zappacosta. Cristiano Orioli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessio Ascenzi got free with Armando Zappacosta in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Augusto Giuliani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Augusto Giuliani came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Sooya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Giuliani couldn't finish the play. Armando Zappacosta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Di Matteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Armando Zappacosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Di Matteo in the 29th minute of the match. Antonio Pennetta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Armando Zappacosta made a huge save. A collision led to Sooya getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Augusto Giuliani hit a great ball. Augusto Giuliani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Giuliani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristiano Orioli to make the kick off. Armando Zappacosta came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cormano's Cristiano Orioli. But to his dismay, Cristiano Orioli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to Cormano getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Davide Di Matteo hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the game, Cosimo Giorda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cormano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sooya the free kick. Cosimo Giorda hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Cormano's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Augusto Giuliani fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Cormano's zone, Augusto Giuliani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amerigo Di Bartolo came out of the goal and Augusto Giuliani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Augusto Giuliani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Zappacosta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Orioli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Cristiano Orioli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cormano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After having played for 83 minutes, Augusto Giuliani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sooya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Giuliani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amerigo Di Bartolo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Augusto Giuliani sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Cormano's Amerigo Di Bartolo got control of the ball when Augusto Giuliani tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cormano's zone, Augusto Giuliani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amerigo Di Bartolo came out of the goal and Augusto Giuliani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sooya players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cormano.
