Ettore Raiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Alex Caiola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ennio Signoretti during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Beppe Silvagni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Fioriti having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Lobbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Farese to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Arbizzano AFC's corner Donato Ferraro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Corrado Fioriti quite easily take care of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Beppe Silvagni made the kick off in the second half. Alexander Fantasia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Imperiale in the 53rd minute of the match. If Bianco Valeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Arbizzano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Imperiale came free, but Alexander Fantasia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Caiola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Fantasia having to interfere. Bianco Valeri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alexander Fantasia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 72nd minute of the match Ennio Signoretti completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ennio Signoretti a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Arbizzano AFC booed when Lobbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ennio Signoretti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lobbi's Bianco Valeri got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Fantasia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Imperiale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
