Concetto Stellato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Walcher in the 23rd minute of play. Casanova AFC's Beppe Trotta got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Walcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Stellato having to interfere. If Beppe Trotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Helfer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Walcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Concetto Stellato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Walcher in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Adriano Carbonetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beppe Trotta in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Moretti saved Saronno from getting behind. Emiliano Helfer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Stellato having to interfere. Anselmo Moretti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Strano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casanova AFC's goalkeeper Concetto Stellato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Concetto Stellato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Walcher's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Emiliano Helfer might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Concetto Stellato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Helfer ran back to his position shaking his head. Emiliano Helfer struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Concetto Stellato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saronno. After 70 played minutes Casanova AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Zara. Adriano Carbonetti kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Casanova AFC's Concetto Stellato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Casanova AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd match minute, Casanova AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ettore Zara to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Casanova AFC's Alexander Strano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Moretti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Concetto Stellato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Walcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Fausto Walcher received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Concetto Stellato came out and tried to block the shot, but Fausto Walcher slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 93rd minute.
