Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emiliano Savoia took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Gorra AFC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Anselmo Di Falco hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gorra AFC's zone, Fausto Walcher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrio Schiavo came out of the goal and Fausto Walcher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Demetrio Schiavo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Walcher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Helfer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demetrio Schiavo having to interfere. Fausto Walcher might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demetrio Schiavo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Walcher ran back to his position shaking his head. Fausto Walcher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Demetrio Schiavo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Saronno's Fausto Walcher dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 27th minute Emilio Caiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Moretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Walcher in the 31st minute of play forced Gorra AFC's goalkeeper Demetrio Schiavo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Gorra AFC defense, Emiliano Helfer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demetrio Schiavo. The Gorra AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demetrio Schiavo should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gorra AFC's goalkeeper Demetrio Schiavo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fausto Walcher struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Demetrio Schiavo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saronno. In the 46th minute Emilio Caiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Moretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Walcher to make the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Saronno's goalkeeper Anselmo Moretti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Emiliano Helfer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gorra AFC's Emilio Caiola suffered a sore knee after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Domenico Miranda's late challenge caught a Gorra AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domenico Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Saronno fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Gorra AFC's Ettore Cieri got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Anselmo Moretti. Fausto Walcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saronno's Emiliano Helfer got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Walcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Demetrio Schiavo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Helfer in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Saronno getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Franco Torri hit a great ball. Emiliano Savoia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saronno's Fausto Walcher got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domenico Miranda was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 97th minute, Fausto Walcher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demetrio Schiavo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Saronno had played much better football throughout.
