The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Casaccia fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Casaccia's Carmine Cesarini looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christian Salvagnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casaccia's Beppe Caroselli got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Concetto Locatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Cesarini in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Emiliano Tana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Enzo Bruno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enzo Bruno charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enzo Bruno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes Figline FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Tana. After 32 minutes, Beppe Caroselli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casaccia and the Figline FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Beppe Caroselli kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Casaccia! Concetto Locatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beppe Caroselli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Concetto Locatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Cesarini in the 40th minute of play. Alessio Di Donato made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Christian Salvagnin sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the game, one of Casaccia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Arrigo Pelusi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beppe Caroselli got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Casaccia's Beppe Caroselli got a free kick in the 59th minute. Enzo Bruno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessio Di Donato having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Christian Salvagnin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Figline FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
