Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arrigo Garofalo started the match with the kick off. Domenico La Marca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Garofalo in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute Arrigo Garofalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico La Marca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrigo Garofalo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domenico La Marca. Domenico La Marca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 21st minute Denis Goorts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Campoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Arrigo Garofalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domenico La Marca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arrigo Garofalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Rio FC booed when FC VICTORIA LIPOVA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Donadoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th match minute, FC VICTORIA LIPOVA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Sjöman to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Denis Goorts managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC VICTORIA LIPOVA's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Goorts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Campoli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the match, Rio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Goorts came free, but Amos Campoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Rio FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Di Gaetano. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Goorts in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amos Campoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amos Campoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Di Giandomenico in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Rio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Lemme to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Rio FC got a freekick which was hit by Davide Camerlengo. FC VICTORIA LIPOVA's Domenico La Marca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Garofalo in the 61st minute of play. FC VICTORIA LIPOVA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Donato Lemme scored to the left of an out of position Domenico La Marca, making the score, 0-3. FC VICTORIA LIPOVA's Domenico La Marca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Garofalo in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Di Gaetano in the 70th minute of play forced FC VICTORIA LIPOVA's goalkeeper Domenico La Marca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Rio FC defense, Korneliusz Naujasodis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amos Campoli. The Rio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amos Campoli should have stopped the shot. Fabio Di Gaetano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domenico La Marca came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabio Di Gaetano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 75th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Rio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Di Giandomenico came free, but Amos Campoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, Denis Goorts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC VICTORIA LIPOVA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Goorts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th match minute, FC VICTORIA LIPOVA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korneliusz Naujasodis to maneuver through the defense. The Rio FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rio FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
