Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Attilio Macchione took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Alvaro Polito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vigo Meano's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Polito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corrado Valente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Attilio Macchione came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Vigo Meano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Attilio Macchione couldn't finish the play. Edmondo Orecchioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Pennetta in the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Mortise AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Macchione came free, but Corrado Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vigo Meano's Alvaro Polito in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alvaro Polito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Domenici hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Mortise AFC's Corrado Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Polito in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vigo Meano's goalkeeper Edmondo Orecchioni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Corrado Valente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Polito in the 46th minute of the match. When Enzo Gava came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Vigo Meano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Gava couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Pennetta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Franco Matteucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmondo Orecchioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Mortise AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulvio Perilli to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Matteucci in the 61st minute of play forced Vigo Meano's goalkeeper Edmondo Orecchioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Pennetta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmondo Orecchioni was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 96th minute, Alvaro Polito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vigo Meano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.
