Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Torino FC's Amos Testa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabio Di Nino hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, Attilio Pagliuca notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Torino FC's Fabrizio Di Bernardo. Fabrizio Di Bernardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabrizio Di Bernardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Walcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 10 played minutes Torino FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Olivieri. The audience was convinced that Attilio Pagliuca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrizio Di Bernardo was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. When Fabio Di Nino came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Torino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Di Nino couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Torino FC's Edoardo Chiarelli got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Torino FC's Fabio Di Nino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniele Prandini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antonio Lepori hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Fabrizio Di Bernardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo De Fina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fabio Di Nino came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Torino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Di Nino couldn't finish the play. Amerigo Mazzone charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amerigo Mazzone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amerigo Mazzone hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match.
Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Di Nino in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniele Prandini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fabio Di Nino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Tirrenia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Di Nino came free, but Daniele Prandini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amos Testa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Daniele Prandini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Di Nino struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Daniele Prandini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torino FC. Daniele Prandini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amos Testa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Fabio Di Nino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tirrenia FC's Daniele Prandini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Carlo Santoro took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Fabrizio Di Bernardo to make any attempt to save it. If Flavio Grande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Tirrenia FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
