Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arrigo Marra got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Restaino in the 7th minute of play forced Modolena's goalkeeper Alvaro Piccinini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Marra in the 12th minute of play forced Portofino FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Della Francesca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Marra in the 19th minute of play forced Portofino FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Della Francesca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Della Francesca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Marra in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Edmondo Carrea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portofino FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modolena the free kick. After 22 played minutes Portofino FC got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Carrea. After a defensive mix-up in Portofino FC's zone, Arrigo Marra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Della Francesca came out of the goal and Arrigo Marra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Arrigo Marra made a precise shot to the right of Fabiano Della Francesca. Portofino FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 30th match minute, Portofino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Rossetti to maneuver through the defense. Dennis Tofani kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 史树青's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabiano Della Francesca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Fabiano Della Francesca came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Modolena's Arrigo Marra. But to his dismay, Arrigo Marra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 46 minutes into the match, Biagio Rossetti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Piccinini. Modolena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Biagio Rossetti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Portofino FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Modolena were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dennis Tofani to make the kick off. Arrigo Marra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fabiano Della Francesca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Concetto Ceci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Portofino FC's Biagio Rossetti in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Modolena's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Concetto Ceci during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arrigo Marra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Fabiano Della Francesca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Portofino FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Modolena were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
