Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) San Carlo's Aldo Malatesta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, San Carlo's Ciro Zisser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvaro Piccinini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Edoardo Tabacchi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arrigo Marra in the 9th minute. Arrigo Marra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Edoardo Tabacchi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Concetto Brillante hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Fabrizio Tomei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Aldo Malatesta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Piccinini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Piccinini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Del Bello, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Alvaro Piccinini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Brillante in the 28th minute of the match. Arrigo Marra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edoardo Tabacchi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arrigo Marra in the 37th minute. Modolena's Antonello Moreschi got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half San Carlo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arrigo Marra to strike the kick off in the second half. Edoardo Tabacchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Marra in the 55th minute of play. Concetto Brillante hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Arrigo Marra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Carlo's Edoardo Tabacchi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arrigo Marra scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edoardo Tabacchi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldo Malatesta struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Alvaro Piccinini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Carlo. Alvaro Piccinini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Festa in the 91st minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. San Carlo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
