In the 15th minute, Fabrizio Angelici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Conte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Lavatrice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Conte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cristoforo Lavatrice managed to get in a good position for a shot. T.R. Guidonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristoforo Lavatrice was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Conte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. T.R. Guidonia booed when Forlimpopoli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Giandomenico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Toschi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over T.R. Guidonia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Forlimpopoli throughout the match.
