Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Giammarino ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Filetto FC defense, Ferdinando Nazzaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriano Piccinini. The Filetto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriano Piccinini should have stopped the shot. Arturo Gallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Antonello De Lorenzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adriano Piccinini was a little too slow when Carmine Stefano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrea Coscia in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonello De Lorenzi saved Commenda from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Enzo Giammarino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Piccinini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Andrea Coscia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonello De Lorenzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Marini, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrea Coscia in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonello De Lorenzi saved Commenda from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonello Campoli during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Commenda's Antonello Campoli got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Commenda's goalkeeper Antonello De Lorenzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Aldo Pan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Filetto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Pan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrea Coscia scored 2-1 in the 49th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonello De Lorenzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Enzo Giammarino made the kick off in the second half. Andrea Coscia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard, long distance shot from Angelo Petrella flew over the goal. In the 69th minute Enzo Giammarino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Piccinini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Commenda's goalkeeper Antonello De Lorenzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Pan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrea Coscia in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonello De Lorenzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute Enzo Giammarino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Piccinini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Coscia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Antonello De Lorenzi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Commenda's Antonello De Lorenzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Commenda from getting a goal against them. Adriano Piccinini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Bertini in the 93rd minute of play. Adriano Piccinini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Giammarino went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Andrea Coscia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Commenda support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
