In the 16th minute Anthony Zaccardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Capaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, San Donino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Bolli to maneuver through the defense. Corrado Sciotto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvise Iacovone in the 24th minute of the match. San Donino's Anthony Zaccardi got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Anthony Zaccardi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Donino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Zaccardi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ettore Ferretti fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cade's protests and gave Ettore Ferretti a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cade's Ettore Ferretti got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Anthony Capaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Cade's Andrea Cieri broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 45 minutes into the match, San Donino's goalkeeper Corrado Sciotto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beppe Troiano. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 59th minute Alvise Iacovone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Sciotto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beppe Troiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Corrado Sciotto having to make a save. Franco Capone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Capaldo having to interfere. Amerigo Capaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Zaccardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cade's Beppe Troiano got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvise Iacovone took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corrado Sciotto. Corrado Sciotto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Beppe Troiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Corrado Sciotto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Anthony Capaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Cieri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Corrado Sciotto. San Donino's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Amerigo Capaldo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cade's Amerigo Capaldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Cade from getting a goal against them. 91 minutes into the game, Franco Capone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Amerigo Capaldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 98 minutes into the match, Alvise Iacovone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corrado Sciotto. San Donino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvise Iacovone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
