San Cristoforo ct's Fulvio Baratta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Orioli in the 5th minute of play. Felice Barberio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Camillo Spagnuolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felice Barberio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camillo Spagnuolo having to interfere. Fulvio Baratta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damiano Orioli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Felice Barberio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th match minute, San Cristoforo ct was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Felice to maneuver through the defense. When Felice Barberio came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the San Cristoforo ct fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felice Barberio couldn't finish the play. Fulvio Baratta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Orioli, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 45th match minute, Gaione was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bianco Lizzi to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Biagio Tullio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fulvio Baratta. 0-1. 66 minutes into the match, San Cristoforo ct's goal looked a bit too open when Dino De Donatis came free, but Fulvio Baratta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, San Cristoforo ct's goalkeeper Fulvio Baratta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniele Brunetta. After a defensive mix-up in San Cristoforo ct's zone, Damiano Orioli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulvio Baratta came out of the goal and Damiano Orioli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. San Cristoforo ct's Fulvio Baratta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save San Cristoforo ct from getting a goal against them. Dino De Donatis took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulvio Baratta. Fulvio Baratta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Bianco Lizzi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fulvio Baratta firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fulvio Baratta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniele Brunetta in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Gaione's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Felice came free, but Camillo Spagnuolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bianco Lizzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fulvio Baratta made a huge save. In the 96th minute, Anselmo Catena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniele Brunetta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Gaione players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
